Emotions are contagious šŸ™‚šŸ™

Have you ever cried during a movie? (I have!) šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Emotional contagion is actually a skill you can work on.

Questions you can ask yourself:

- What types of emotion do I give off and how does that affect others?

- How easily do I let others affect my emotions?

- Do I even know it is happening?

Check out the Emotional Contagion Scale to see how vulnerable you are

Note: being vulnerable is not a bad thing

Become aware of the emotions you exude toward others that they might pick up. Likewise, try to acknowledge when youā€™re picking up on the negative or positive emotions of others and create change if needed.

Mental health refers to our cognitive, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing ā€“ it is all about how we think, feel, and behave. It can affect daily life, relationships, and even physical health.

Take time to reflect on yourself, learn new things, read a book, do a puzzle, or binge Netflix if that is your cup of tea šŸµ

Happy Learning!!
